Job Summary Brand new golf course is seeking greenskeepers to support grow in operations. This is an opportunity to join a new team and build a new career. Willing to train new employees that are unfamiliar with golf course maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping, lawn care, and gardening practices. Responsibilities • Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and well-groomed • Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and seasonal adjustments to ensure optimal watering efficiency • Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, digging, aerating, and other landscaping activities • Conduct gardening duties such as planting new flora, mulching beds, fertilizing plants, and removing weeds to promote plant health • Maintain equipment through routine cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs to ensure reliable operation Experience Se prefiere experiencia previa en paisajismo, horticultura o jardinería, pero no es obligatoria; se proporcionará capacitación a los candidatos motivados Familiaridad con sistemas de riego, prácticas de mantenimiento de jardines y el uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas es ventajosa Conocimiento del cuidado de plantas, técnicas de cuidado del césped y principios generales de jardinería es altamente deseable Capacidad para operar equipos como cortadoras, sopladoras, podadoras y otra maquinaria de paisajismo de manera segura y efectiva Fuerte ética de trabajo con atención al detalle; capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones climáticas Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y actitud orientada al trabajo en equipo para colaborar eficazmente con los colegas • Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, or gardening is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates • Familiarity with irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous • Knowledge of plant care, lawn care techniques, and general gardening principles is highly desirable • Ability to operate equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, and other landscaping machinery safely and effectively • Strong work ethic with attention to detail; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
