Facilities Maintenance

Part-time Description Iron Tee Golf is seeking a Facilities Maintenance to join our team. This position will be scheduled during nights and weekends. Responsibilities: • Perform daily maintenance to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition, including building care, trash removal, and grounds cleanup. • Inspect, maintain, and repair facility equipment such as golf ball dispensers, game screens, golf clubs, hitting mats, and ball tracking systems. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain golf-related technology (clubs, balls, tees, tracking systems) to ensure smooth operation. • Assist with setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment—including projectors, screens, sound systems, and video displays—for events and entertainment. Resolve technical issues promptly to avoid disruptions. • Maintain exterior areas (landscaping, snow removal, sidewalks, parking lots, outdoor seating) and interior spaces to provide a safe and welcoming environment. • Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, taking proactive steps to correct issues. • Stay familiar with emergency procedures and assist in ensuring guest and staff safety during critical situations. • Provide courteous support to guests, addressing facility-related concerns, cleaning bays, and resolving issues as needed. • Keep tools and maintenance equipment in proper working order through regular servicing and repairs. • Ensure proper disposal of trash, recycling, and hazardous materials in compliance with regulations. • Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the venue’s dress code. • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support facility operations. Requirements • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Familiarity with restaurant standards and hospitality. • Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels. • Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs. • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance. • Must be able to pass a background check. Salary Description $16-$18/hr.
