The role available at PopStroke is focused on delivering exceptional service within both the restaurant and golf course areas. This non-exempt, hourly position with tip opportunities involves hands-on responsibilities such as welcoming guests, sharing detailed knowledge about food and beverage options, assisting with mobile ordering, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The position entails working both indoors and outdoors, requiring the individual to be adaptable and conscientious about maintaining cleanliness and order across various spaces. Moreover, team members in this role engage in vital operational tasks like preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, managing inventory, complying with safety and sanitation standards, handling transactions accurately, and collaborating with coworkers for seamless service. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds, reflecting the active nature of the job.
