Assistant Golf Course Superintendent Teravista Golf Club –Round Rock, TX. Falconhead Golf Club- Austin Tx.   $55,000-$65,000 Teravista and Falconhead Golf Clubs are semi-private 18-hole facilities located in Round Rock, and Austin, Texas. The courses features TifEagle greens and 419 and Tif Sport bermudagrass fairways, tees, and roughs. With high public play and steady traffic, ability to maintain  consistent conditions in fast-paced environment is a top priority. Seeking  Assistant Golf Course Superintendents  to help  oversee all aspects of the golf course maintenance and daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering consistent playing conditions while managing staff, helping with irrigation, cultural practices, chemical applications, and overall course performance. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead daily golf course maintenance operations Supervise, train, and develop maintenance staff Oversee and execute chemical application programs Monitor and manage irrigation systems Assist with budgeting and cost control Coordinate tournament preparation Ensure equipment maintenance and efficiency Communicate with Superintendent  daily any issues that need to be addressed. Schedule & Workload Weekends: Set up rotation with the Foreman. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 Bonus & Raises based on performance Health insurance Medical paid. Dental and vision small cost. Vacation time Golf Privileges Qualifications Degree or Certificate in Golf Course Management, Agronomy, Horticulture,or related field preferred. Minimum 2- 4  years golf course maintenance experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Bermudagrass maintenance practices and irrigation. Texas pesticide applicator license required, within 90 days.Spraying experience is strongly preferred. Strong communication, organizational and leadership  skills. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the profession and the company. Ability to perform duties and physical work outdoors and in varrying weather conditions
