We are looking to fill the position of Garde Manger Garde Manager, should have at least one year of related experience, open availability including nights, weekends and holidays, attention to detail, organized, leadership, and has reliable transportation and are dependable. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; daily prep, management of our back line that includes, Salads, Flatbreads, Raw Bar, Appetizers, and Desserts.
