Position Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Summer Grounds Crew. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a professional team environment with your friends. Key Responsibilities • Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough • String trimming and detail work • Hand watering turf areas • Raking bunkers • Blowing debris from playing surfaces • Assisting with daily golf course setup (tee markers, hole locations) • Filling and maintaining practice range divots • Supporting overall course conditioning and presentation What We’re Looking For • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Someone who enjoys the outdoors • Energetic and fun personality • Team-oriented No prior golf course experience required — we will train the right candidates.
