We are looking for a couple good people to join our team. Responsibilities • Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to keep fairways and greens in top condition • Operate and maintain power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and effectively • Assist with irrigation system inspections, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal water distribution across the course • Conduct landscape maintenance activities like planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control to enhance course aesthetics • Use hand tools for detailed gardening work such as planting flowers or shrubs and repairing landscape features • Maintain pathways, bunkers, and other course amenities through regular cleaning and upkeep • Support overall landscaping efforts by collaborating with team members to implement new projects or seasonal changes Requirements • Prior experience or knowledge in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols • Basic understanding of irrigation systems and lawn care techniques • Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining high standards of course appearance • Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks including bending, lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative work environments • Valid driver’s license may be required for equipment operation or course mobility Join us in shaping a vibrant golf course environment where every detail counts!
