Ala Carte Server (plus service charges)

We are seeking Ala Carte Servers who are motivated and dependable to join our Food & Beverage team. Our servers deliver exceptional member service in a warm, upscale, and team-focused environment. If you enjoy hospitality, work well under pressure, and want to grow in a professional setting, this is an excellent opportunity. Previous full-service restaurant serving experience is a plus. This is a part-time position for those 18 or over who function well in a fast-paced yet personal service environment, with a focus on teamwork. The base pay is $11-$14 an hour (based on experience) plus a service charge bonus added weekly, We offer flexible schedules, an employee shift meal, and opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities • Provide attentive, friendly, and timely service to members and guests • Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into POS • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation • Deliver meals efficiently and ensure accuracy of orders • Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and club events • Work collaboratively with the service team, bartenders, and kitchen • Follow all food safety, service standards, and club policies • Assist with banquets, events, and private dining as needed Bent Creek Country Club is the premier private country club in our region.
