We are seeking friendly, reliable individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Cart Barn Attendants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and engaging with guests in a relaxed, social environment.

Cart Barn Attendants work closely with the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals to support outside operations and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and organize golf carts for daily playStage carts for daily operations, outings, and tournamentsGreet guests and assist with golf bags and equipmentMaintain the driving range, including collecting and restocking ballsKeep cart staging areas and bag storage clean and organizedProvide a friendly, attentive, and helpful presence for all guestsFollow established procedures for opening and closing the cart barn and rangePark carts neatly in designated areas within the cart barnMaintain cart cleanliness, supplies, condition, and chargingInspect carts upon return, with attention to damage, cleanliness, and overall appearanceReport any damage immediately to the Pro Shop for incident documentationRotate cart usage to ensure even wear across the fleetRestock cart supplies and communicate operational needs to managementQualifications
Availability for mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekendsAbility to work approximately 6–12 hours per weekDependable, team-oriented, and enjoys working with peopleStrong communication skills and ability to relay guest needs effectivelyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout shiftsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsMust be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s licenseBenefits
