<p>Hermitage Country Club, one of Central Virginia’s premier private country clubs, is seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented professional to join our Golf Operations team as Golf Operations Outside Manager.</p>
<p>The Outside Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily outside golf operations while ensuring the highest level of member and guest service. This individual will lead and develop the Outside Services team, maintain operational standards, and ensure all golf operations are conducted efficiently and professionally.</p>
<p>This position reports directly to the First Assistant Golf Professional and serves as an integral member of the Golf Operations management team.</p>
