Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for early career roles (internships and entry-level positions) across multiple brandsPartner with hiring managers to define talent profiles, align on hiring needs, and deliver strong, diverse candidate slatesChampion a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboardingSupport Talent Acquisition initiatives that elevate processes, tools, and overall team effectivenessOwn seasonal, high-volume Performance Fitter recruitmentAssess and optimize hiring processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, structure, and scalabilityProactively partner with the business to meet hiring demand and ensure quality of hireLead the annual planning, organization, and execution of cross-brand intern programs across Callaway and TravisMathewDevelop and deliver programming, events, and experiences that reflect our culture and connect interns to the businessContinuously evolve the program through feedback, business needs, and best practices, including defining and tracking success metrics and KPIsBuild and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and community partnersRepresent the brand at career fairs, networking events, and targeted talent engagement opportunitiesDevelop innovative strategies to attract early career talent and ensure accurate pipeline tracking in WorkdayCreate, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates) to drive data-informed decisionsIdentify workflow inefficiencies, implement improvements, and evaluate effectiveness of hiring and assessment processesDevelop scalable recruiting strategies, early career programs, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talentSupport and help build internal mobility programs by connecting employees to growth opportunities across brandsPartner with HR and business leadership to activate internal talent pipelinesContribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and continuous improvement effortsRequirements
