Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical systems related to HVAC and refrigeration. Experience in appliance and refrigeration repair is desirable. Responsibilities Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to enhance system longevity and efficiency. Manual Labor as needed for Club repairs. Appliance and refrigeration repair Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC service technician or in a related mechanical field with construction experience preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC/R systems, boilers, refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic instruments. Knowledge of electrical systems diagnostics including electrical troubleshooting techniques.
