Grounds Maintenance

POSITION: Grounds Maintenance DUTIES: * Care of lawn * Weed control * Mowing * Watering * Landscaping * Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a valid driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Registration * High school diploma or GED * Must be 18 years of age due to insurance and equipment used OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Must pass a background check. PREFERRED SKILLS: * 1 year of related experience WAGE: $14.81 per hour, paid weekly by check. SHIFTS: * 20 to 40 hours per week * Monday-Friday approx. 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. JOB SITE: Florence, CO.
