Round Hill is a full-service private country club, featuring superior Golf, Tennis, Dining, Aquatic, Fitness, Bocce, and social activities. We are seeking Restaurant Servers to become an integral part of our team! You will take orders and serve food to members and guests at our Country Club’s Dining Outlets.

Responsibilities:
• Take Orders and Serve food and beverages
• Knowledge and use of Point of Sale Software
• Explain and describe menu items.
• Clean and prepare the dining areas.
• Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
• RHCC is a non-tipping club
Qualification Requirements
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma.
• Minimum of two years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Round Hill provides certification in safe food handling and responsible alcohol service.
Skills and Abilities:
• Professional demeanor and adherence to club policies and procedures.
• Proficient with POS systems, telephones, computers/printers, and other service tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent listening, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Managing interruptions while prioritizing multiple tasks.

Physical Demands
Regularly:
• Use hands and arms to operate POS systems, phones, and serving tools.
• Talk and listen in person and over the phone.
• Reach, grasp, push/pull (~10–50 lbs.), twist, and use fine motor skills.
• Kneel, squat, bend, and lift during setup and service.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours per shift).
• Walk 10–40 feet multiple times per shift.
• Lift plated food (10–20 lbs.) over short distances.
Work Environment
• Noise levels typically moderate to loud.
• Work primarily in dining areas, patios, lounges, kitchens, and service areas.
• Occasional work in administrative or office areas.
