Turf Maintenance

We are seeking a motivated Groundskeeper to join our agronomy team at Lane Creek Golf Club. Reporting to the Director of Agronomy, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent, you will perform routine manual labor and operate maintenance equipment to ensure the course remains in peak condition. Key Responsibilities Operate and service small mowing, trimming, and utility equipment. Perform manual labor, including loading/unloading materials, raking traps, planting seed, and laying sod. Assist with irrigation repairs and turf maintenance, including walk-mowing greens. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace at all times. Qualifications: Previous experience with hand tools and mowing equipment. Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in an outdoor environment. Ability to work weekends as required.
