We are currently seeking an experienced line cook to join our esteemed culinary team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for cooks who are passionate about their craft and eager to advance their careers in a professional kitchen. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Banquet Chef, and Sous Chefs, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes across all meal periods. This role demands versatility, as the line cook must work at various stations, demonstrate skills in baking, meat and seafood fabrication, sauce preparation, and ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas. • minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a professional kitchen
• or a college degree in culinary arts
• ability to work at various stations
