Bartenders prepare beverages and/or serve food for the guests in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. Provides exceptional customer service to clientele. Demonstrates superior multitasking skills and uses best judgement on serving recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to drink recipe.
Must be willing and able to show that you are energetic, outgoing, fun person while maintaining professionalism at all times. Must be willing to provide outstanding and professional service with a smile to ensure guest satisfaction.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly with co-workers and kitchen staff both verbally and utilizing the point of sales system.
Restock and replenish inventory before and after each and every shift.
Consistently checks guests' identification to ensure they meet the minimum age requirements for consumption of alcohol beverages.
Must be well-versed in all concept products and menu items in order to guide the guest experience and sell food and beverage items.
Coordinate with bartenders and kitchen for ordering and receipt of food and beverages.
Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate);
1+ Years experience as bartender
2+ Years experience as a server
Banquet and Golf Course experience a plus
Must be able to proficiently use a POS (Point of Sales) system in an accurate and timely manner
Must be able to use a computer
