The Hartford Golf Club is a private country club located in West Hartford. It is the premier club in the Hartford region offering a rich tradition of sports, fine dining, and family-focused activities. The 30,000 square foot Clubhouse sits on 256 acres of impeccably maintained grounds.
The Club has an extensive selection of world-class facilities for all ages, including a 27 hole golf course, 9 Har Tru tennis courts, 4 international squash courts, 6 outdoor platform tennis courts, 3 pools, 4 lane duckpin bowling alley, and a state of the art fitness facility.

Someone that wants to work in a positive environment with quality food and service, communicating with servers, and efficiently meeting the needs of your members and guests.
Job Responsibilities
· Plans, monitors, and assists with food production and ensure its quality and consistency during preparation and service execution.
· Provides exceptional member and guest service through careful execution and immaculate presentation of food.
· Monitors member consumption levels and responds accordingly.
· Puts effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
· Models and promotes good working relationships with Front of House managers and employees.
· Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
· Prepare food for service (e.g. Chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
· Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
· Follow all food handling and safety regulations.
· Clean cooking areas thoroughly
· Maintain and store tools and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience cooking in a high-volume environment. They must have excellent meal prep skills and the ability to work nights and weekends. They must be SERV Safe certified.
