Duties & Responsibilities Assist in preparing and presenting all menu items in a professional manner to maintain high standards of quality.
Clean, sterilize, and wash all dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils.
Assist in ensuring that all good practices of operation are maintained at all times, including proper food preparation and storage as per Board of Health standards, kitchen cleanliness, and proper attire.
Follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
Present a favorable image at all times.
Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be neat and present a professional appearance at all times.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
Work extended hours during golf and holiday season.
Work weekends and holidays.
Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas.
Limited or no experience required.
