Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Handle cash transactions efficiently while managing sales, tips, and register balancing with accuracy. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering or banquet events, to ensure seamless service delivery. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours without compromising quality or speed. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, or banquet settings; retail math and food industry knowledge are advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order entry and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Strong math skills for basic math calculations related to sales, tips, and inventory management. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours in fast-paced setting. Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
