Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety and sanitation standards Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance menu offerings and cater to customer preferences Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events or busy periods Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and check IDs diligently to promote guest safety Assist with bar management duties such as opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and record keeping Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings with strong cocktail expertise Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, mixology techniques, and beverage recipe development Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Previous food service experience including banquet or catering environments is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for retail math calculations like change-making and inventory tracking Experience with beverage presentation techniques and creating innovative cocktails is highly desirable Join us if you’re passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
