Reports To: Food and Beverage Managers
Position Description: Responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, assisting servers with food and beverage delivery, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all members and guests. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills will be key to your success in this role. The position is part-time, with an hourly range between $18.00 - $20.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Serves water and bread as guests are seated
• Assists servers with tasks such as carrying food trays to tables
• Removes soiled dishes from table and brings them to the dish washing area
• Changes table linen when soiled
• Set tables with silverware, china and glassware, etc.
• Cleans dining room area
• Stocks server’s station with supplies
• Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period
• Dusts chairs before and after meals
• Keep ice bins and buckets filled
• Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
• Displays a friendly, helpful and positive attitude
• Complete all assigned side work and cleaning duties throughout the shift, as well as after the shift
• Maintains complete knowledge of the food and beverage products and stays up to date with any changes
• Maintains a professional appearance. Uniform must be clean and pressed for every shift
• Knows all table numbers
• Attends all pre-shift and scheduled staff meetings
• Performs any and all other duties as assigned by supervisor
