Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Clubhouse Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operation of the Clubhouse, ensuring exceptional service, smooth food and beverage operations, and a welcoming environment for members and guests alike. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily clubhouse operations, including food service, beverage offerings, and member interactionsSupervise staff during shifts, providing training and guidance on food preparation, customer service, and safety protocolsCoordinate events and activities: bookings, vendor coordination, setup/teardown, AV and catering logistics.Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation procedures across all food production areasContribute to staff hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a motivated team environmentRequirements Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management within quick service or fast food restaurant environmentsStrong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operationsFamiliarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processingDemonstrated supervisory experience with team management and staff training capabilitiesKnowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorAbility to handle cash transactions accurately and efficientlyPrevious experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plusLeadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and manage shift operations effectivelyStrong organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling, kitchen management, and operational proceduresJoin us as an Assistant Clubhouse Manager where your passion for hospitality meets your leadership talents!
