Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional dining experiences across casual, fine dining, and catering environments. Duties
• Lead and supervise all aspects of food and beverage operations, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and safety compliance
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to streamline order processing, sales tracking, and inventory control
• Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster continuous improvement
• Monitor inventory levels diligently to minimize waste and control costs through effective stock management
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports
• Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house teams during shifts to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Implement food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards to uphold hygiene and sanitation standards
• Manage staffing schedules, interview potential team members, and oversee onboarding processes for new hires
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations and company policies at all times
Skills
• Extensive experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or quick service environments
• Strong culinary background with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management
• Proficiency in POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking
• Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to train, motivate, and develop staff members
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
• Sound understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the hospitality industry
• Effective budgeting skills for controlling costs while maintaining quality standards
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams in high-volume restaurant or catering settings
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments and resolving issues promptly
