Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously during events, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Clear tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event. Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks as needed, adhering strictly to food safety standards. Support catering operations by bussing tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with event breakdowns. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing their needs and fostering positive guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service delivery from start to finish. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Culinary experience or restaurant background provides a strong foundation for understanding food presentation and service standards. Experience in banquet or catering environments is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage large groups efficiently. Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper serving techniques is essential for maintaining high standards.
