Salem Golf Club is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seasonal Restaurant & Banquet Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in both restaurant service and event execution.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Manage banquet functions from setup through execution
• Supervise and train front-of-house staff
• Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Assist with scheduling, inventory and service flow
Skills/Qualifications
• Required: Previous restaurant and banquet management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Outstanding customer service skills that prioritize guest satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple events simultaneously without compromising quality
• Extensive experience in banquet operations, catering services, or hospitality environments
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
