Assistant in Training

Aileron Golf Club is seeking an Assistant in Training to join our team in Lake Suzy, Florida . We are looking for a motivated individual eager to build a career in turfgrass and golf course management. This position provides hands-on experience in all aspects of golf course maintenance, including daily operations, turf management, irrigation, equipment operation, and leadership development. Working alongside an experienced management team, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the golf course industry. The Assistant in Training will benefit from mentorship, exposure to industry-leading agronomic practices, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization. If you're passionate about golf course management and committed to excellence, we'd love to hear from you. - Knowledge of irrigation systems, fertility programs, pesticide applications and golf course operations. - Florida pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one within six months of employment. - Valid Florida driver's licence. - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Ability to solve problems and think critically.
