Duties
Assist with managing daily golf operations, including tee times, reservations, and guest inquiries
Support the delivery of golf lessons and clinics to players of all skill levels
Coordinate and supervise special events such as tournaments, outings, and corporate functions
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, resort management, or restaurant environments is highly desirable - MUST BE PGA CERTIFIED
Demonstrated leadership and supervising experience in fast-paced settings
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Experience with event management and report writing to track performance and operations
Knowledge of golf operations
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $40,000.00 - $40,500.00 per year
