We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead and manage our dynamic food and beverage operations. This critical role involves overseeing all food and dining services within the club, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing our various food and beverage outlets, including dining rooms, bars, and event catering, ensuring that every aspect of the club's culinary offerings meets member expectations and club standards.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in food and beverage management, with demonstrated success in leading teams, managing costs, and driving innovation within dining services. This individual will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of hospitality operations, and a passion for fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, developing and implementing menus that reflect seasonal and innovative trends, controlling food and labor costs to maximize profitability, and collaborating with event planners to deliver seamless banquet and catering services.
This position requires flexibility and dedication, as the Food and Beverage Manager will often work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure continuous, high-quality service. The role also demands a solid knowledge of compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe certification and understanding local health codes. Beyond operational management, this role serves as a key member of the club's leadership team, interacting regularly with members to build and maintain strong relationships while promptly addressing any concerns.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
minimum of 5 years of food and beverage management experience

ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
ServSafe certification and knowledge of local health regulations
