The role of Cook 1 at Invited is an essential entry-level position within the kitchen team, designed for individuals eager to learn foundational cooking skills and contribute to the high standards of food preparation and service that the company upholds. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef, the Cook 1 is responsible for the organization, set-up, and preparation of their assigned workstation. This position focuses on basic food preparation tasks under supervised guidance to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and sanitation standards. As part of a collaborative kitchen team, the Cook 1 works closely with more experienced cooks to support kitchen operations, manage food storage, and assist in the production of food and beverage items. The role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety and hygiene protocols to maintain the cleanliness of both the workstation and kitchen environment. The Cook 1 will also be expected to communicate effectively with chefs and other team members about product needs or issues, interact professionally with club members and guests, and support team efforts to deliver exceptional service experiences.
