General Manager - Holiday Ranch Golf Club

<p>Seeking hands-on, high-energy General Manager to lead daily operations of our newly revitalized 9-hole golf course and restaurant in Cuba, Missouri.  This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing all departments, driving revenue, and maintaining a strong team culture.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is a leadership position that requires long hours, especially during peak season, weekends and events.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and leads by example.  </p><p><br /></p><p>Hands-on, visible leader (not an office manager).  High energy with a strong work ethic, team-first mindset with zero tolerance for poor service, takes ownership and accountability, calm under pressure and decisive.</p><p> </p>
