Equipment Manager

The River Club is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail oriented Equipment Manager to over see the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of our golf course and grounds equipment. Primary Responsibilities - Maintain and repair all golf course maintenance equipment.  Develop & manage a preventive maintenance program. Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel, gasoline, electrical and mechanical issues. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Keep the maintenance facility clean, organized and OSHA compliant.  Manage equipment inventory, parts inventory, and shop supplies.  Assist in evaluating equipment replacement needs and capital planning.  Work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to prioritize repairs and maximize equipment availability. Experience maintaining golf course maintenance equipment.  Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, electrical systems and reel mower set up.  Ability to grind reels and adjust bedknives.  Welding & fabrication experience is a plus.
