Llanerch Country Club is a Member-Owned Private Country Club established in 1901. It is located just west of Philadelphia. Llanerch is a family club in the truest sense of the word and has full-service amenities including pool, tennis/pickle ball, golf, and dining. We are seeking to grow our team with motivated, friendly service professionals in full and part-time roles. We pride ourselves on creating a fun workplace for our staff while providing exceptional service to our members.
Llanerch Country Club is seeking experienced Bartenders who want to work in a fun environment with breathtaking scenery and friendly, caring membership and staff.
Successful candidates will possess:
-A true passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
-A working knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and classic cocktails
-The technical skills to craft a large library of classic cocktails and execute a specialty cocktail list with speed and consistency
-The skills needed to adhere to upscale service standards
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Prior bartending experience. Experience in a country club or upscale dining environment is preferred, but not required
-The ability to work well with a team
- A friendly, welcoming demeanor and a drive to grow as a service professional
Less experience will not be a disqualifying factor for candidates with a positive disposition and a willingness to learn from our experienced bar staff and management team.
Hours are based upon business needs and include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Llanerch Country Club is closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
