Snack Shop Supervisor and Bartender

Butler Country Club is hiring a Snack Shop Supervisor & Bartender to support our poolside snack shop. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, leads by example, and delivers warm, consistent hospitality. Responsibilities • Supervise daily snack shop operations and seasonal staff • Provide friendly, efficient service to members and families • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food‑handling standards • Assist managing inventory and stock of snacks and beverages • Make cocktails and serve beverages to Club standards • Maintain and restock the bar area • Take and enter orders accurately Requirements • Bartending and restaurant experience preferred • Supervisory experience preferred • Professional, friendly, service‑oriented demeanor • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • RAMP or TIP certification • Must be 18 or older Pay Based on Experience Free employee meals, free golf on Mondays Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid training Work Location: In person
