Full Job Description
The Crew Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Golf Course Equipment Mechanic to join the maintenance team at a premier private country club. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for a dependable mechanic with experience maintaining and repairing golf course equipment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing golf course maintenance equipment, be detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on golf course equipment
Service reel and rotary mowers, sidewinders, utility vehicles, spray equipment, golf carts, and other maintenance machinery
Perform engine, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Sharpen and adjust cutting units to maintain optimal turf quality
Inspect equipment regularly and identify maintenance needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop
Keep accurate maintenance and repair records
Assist with equipment setup and other maintenance department duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience repairing and maintaining golf course equipment is required
Experience working on reel mowers, sidewinders, spray machines, golf carts, and similar equipment
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to work cleanly and efficiently
Highly reliable, dependable, and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation
Schedule
Full-Time
Year-round employment
Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work as needed
Flexible schedule based on course maintenance needs
Pay & Benefits
$22.00–$26.00 per hour (DOE)
