The Culinary Manager role at Topgolf is pivotal in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests by leading and inspiring the kitchen team. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $64,500 to $88,100, reflecting the importance and responsibility carried by this role within the organization. The Culinary Manager will supervise the culinary team to ensure top-quality food preparation and service, manage inventory and food costs, and maintain health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years' experience in culinary management and demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate a culinary team. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, selecting and standardizing recipes to ensure consistency and quality, overseeing food presentation, planning menus for special events, and coordinating with management, vendors, and corporate offices for smooth operations.
