Pro Shop Attendant

St. Anne's Golf Links is a premier 18-hole Championship Golf Course and Event Venue. We are looking for a top-notch pro shop attendant to help our operation grow. Job Description: The primary function of the Golf Shop Attendant is to provide first-class customer service by booking tee times, checking in golfers, selling merchandise, and cleaning and stocking the Golf Shop. Job Requirements: Customer Service and Interpersonal and Communication Skills are a must. Ability and willingness to present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Familiarity with basic computer functions (e.g. operating internet browsersarching for web pages, Microsoft Office products, good typing ability, etc.). Flexible availability, particularly on weekends (both AM and PM). Basic golf industry familiarity (general trends in apparel, equipment, golf balls, etc.). High School Graduate. Preferred Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience Prior sales experience. Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) Compensation: Starting wage of $15/hour, based on skill-set and experience. Playing and practice privileges. Discount on all Golf Shop merchandise.
