Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Cart Attendant. The Golf Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our golf course by maintaining and organizing golf carts, assisting players with their equipment, and contributing to an overall positive experience for our members.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist golfers upon arrivalManage the staging and organization of golf cartsClean and maintain golf carts to ensure they are in proper working conditionAssist golfers with loading and unloading their clubs onto cartsMonitor and control the flow of golf cart trafficProvide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concernsReport any maintenance issues with carts or equipment to the appropriate staffEnsure a clean and organized cart storage area
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in an outdoor environment and varied weather conditionsAttention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple tasksPhysical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipmentKnowledge of golf etiquette and basic golf course operations is a plusAvailability to work weekends and holidays
