Outside Operations / Golf Cart Attendant

The Summit Club is recruiting for seasonal Golf Cart Attendant/Outside Operations specifically for Tuesdays through Fridays from 8am-4pm. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of carts. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work well with customers will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our patrons. Duties: Monitor cart inventory and report any damages or missing carts. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns. Monitor cart areas for any safety hazards or maintenance issues. Retrieve and organize carts in designated areas. Ensure carts are available and ready for customer use at all times. Ensure carts are clean and sanitized for customer use. Assist customers with loading and unloading items from carts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Follow company policies and procedures regarding cart operations. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
