Assistant Golf Professional/Head of Outside Operations

<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an assistant golf professional/head of outside operations to manage our outside service team and our caddie program.</p> <p>This candidate will be personable in nature and have a passion for providing high levels of customer service.  We are looking for someone that demonstrates leadership qualities and who can work with the team to produce a professional experience here at Naperville Country Club.</p> <p>There is a heavier work focus between March and November.  Schedule and work hours will be coordinated with the Head Golf Professional depending on the time of the year.</p>
