Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.Assist in food preparation tasks as required, including bussing tables and supporting cooks during busy service periods.Ensure that all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.Organize clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing services.Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a culinary setting.Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry, including potential opportunities in culinary roles or catering services.Join our team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences through your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork!
