$35,000 annually plus up to an additional $5,000 in performance-based bonuses

Sunday through Thursday
SUMMARY
The Marketing & Golf Operations Coordinator is a hybrid role responsible for supporting daily golf operations, executing marketing initiatives, and serving as a key administrative assistant to the General Manager. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring consistent communication, accurate billing support, and strong brand presence across all platforms.
This individual will act as a go-to resource for members and guests—answering questions related to billing, memberships, policies, and procedures—while also driving engagement through marketing and social media efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Golf Operations & Pro Shop
Assist with daily pro shop operations including opening/closing procedures
Utilize Point-of-Sale (POS) system for transactions, tee sheet management, and reporting
Ensure all guests are properly checked in with accurate customer profiles
Provide high-level customer service to members and guests
Answer questions regarding:
Membership billing and statements
Club policies and procedures
Rates, programs, and promotions
Help manage tee sheet accuracy, player check-ins, and daily flow of play
Support tournaments, events, and leagues as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop
Marketing & Content Creation
Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Capture on-site photo and video content of daily operations, events, and course conditions
Assist in promoting:
Tournaments and events
Membership programs
Specials and promotions
Write captions, emails, and marketing copy aligned with brand voice
Assist in email campaign scheduling and execution
Monitor trends and implement relevant content strategies
Track and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
Administrative & Assistant Responsibilities
Serve as a direct support role to the General Manager
Assist with internal communications and staff coordination
Help manage schedules, meetings, and operational follow-ups
Maintain knowledge of all club programs, policies, and procedures
Assist with billing inquiries and ensure members understand payment processes
Support organization of marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and special initiatives
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in guiding part-time staff and outside service personnel
Support training and onboarding of new employees
Help enforce policies, procedures, and service standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma required; college coursework in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred
Experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred
Experience with social media content creation and marketing tools is a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Comfortable using POS systems and basic reporting tools
Ability to handle customer billing and account-related questions with confidence
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Ability to work independently and take direction
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and staff. Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies, procedures, and reports.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic financial calculations including billing, percentages, and daily reporting.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Regularly required to stand, walk, and interact with customers
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
