SUMMARY
The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests at the Cabana. The server is responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of orders in a fast-paced environment, and anticipating member needs.

Requirements:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Basic math skills.
• Prior server experience preferred.
• 16 years old, food service only; 21 years old food & cocktail service.
• Fluent, written and conversational, English.
• Experienced computer user.
• Comfortable working outside in a hot and noisy environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Cabana and Pool area.
• Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 40 lbs. Occasionally, 50 lbs to 200 lbs, with assistance.
EXPECTED WORK HOURS
• This is a seasonal position available from May through September. The week before Memorial Day for setup, Cabana opens Memorial Day and closes in September or when the temperatures drop too low for swimming.
• Daily shifts start as early as 8:00 am and end as late as 6:00 pm.
• Should be open to a flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs. Required overtime could extend the workday to 10+ hours.
