Summit Golf Brands is the company behind the design and sales of Fairway & Greene, Zero Restriction and B. Draddy. Our headquarters is in the heart of Manhattan on 5th Avenue just a block from Bryant Park.
The Production & Sourcing Intern will be responsible for supporting the production team with day-to-day tasks throughout the internship. They will assist in tracking production timelines, coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and preparing production documentation such as purchase orders and technical packets. This role will also support the organization of samples and fabric archives, while gaining hands-on exposure to the apparel production and sourcing process. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized individual with a strong interest in the apparel industry and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Reports to: VP of Production & Sourcing
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with tracking production timelines and updating order status reports.
• Support communication with vendors, factories, and internal teams regarding production schedules.
• Help prepare production documentation, including purchase orders and technical packets.
• Organize and maintain sample and fabric archives.
• Perform other administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Production, Textile Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the apparel industry and eagerness to learn.
