Golf Outside Operations/ Cart Barn Attendant

Job Overview This is not a Beverage Cart position We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cart Attendant to join our team. The Cart Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cart area. This position requires an individual who is proactive, enjoys interacting with people, and is committed to creating a welcoming environment. Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs as they arrive. • Ensure that all carts are clean, organized, and readily available for guest use. • Monitor the cart area to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. • Assist guests in loading and unloading items from carts as needed. • Provide information about services, events, and amenities available to guests. • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. • Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experiences during events or peak times. • Address any guest concerns or conflicts with professionalism and courtesy. • Participate in regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge of the facility. Qualifications • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. • Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; previous cash handling experience is a plus. • Experience working with children or in a theater environment is beneficial. • Skills in conflict management to effectively resolve guest issues. • Previous experience in food service or events management is advantageous but not required. • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
