Golf | Outside Operations Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Outside Operations Service Attendant to support the daily operations of our golf facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional member and guest service. This role is essential to creating a welcoming first impression, maintaining practice facilities, assisting with cart operations, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience for all players. Responsibilities Golf Bag and Cart Management – Store, retrieve, and maintain members’ and guests’ golf bags, ensuring proper handling and placement on carts or storage racks. Maintain a clean and organized bag room.Customer Service – Greet golfers upon arrival, assist with loading and unloading golf bags, and provide a welcoming and professional experience for members and guests.Cart Maintenance and Staging – Ensure golf carts are clean, charged, and properly stocked with scorecards, pencils, and other necessary items before use. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any issues.Club Cleaning and Care – Clean clubs before and after rounds, ensuring they are returned to members and guests in excellent condition. Provide club storage services as needed.Practice Facility Upkeep – Assist with maintaining the driving range, practice greens, and short game areas by collecting range balls, replenishing ball stations, and ensuring a tidy environment for golfers.Skills Customer Service & Communication – Ability to interact professionally and courteously with members and guests, providing a welcoming experience and addressing their needs efficiently.Attention to Detail & Organization – Capability to manage and maintain golf bags, carts, and equipment in a clean, orderly manner while ensuring proper storage and handling.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discountShift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)Night Shift (Preferred)Ability to Commute: Alexandria, VA 22309 (Required)Ability to Relocate: Alexandria, VA 22309: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
