Whether behind the bar or at the dining area, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience, blending hospitality with efficiency to keep the momentum flowing. *DutiesGreet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experienceTake accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinksPrepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, with flair and precisionUpsell menu items to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagementMaintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning bar areas, and adhering to food safety protocolsManage cash handling responsibilities accurately through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platformsCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared correctly and served promptly in a fine dining or casual setting*ExperiencePrevious restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife environments such as nightclubsFamiliarity with POS systemsStrong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industryExperience with food handling, preparation, and basic math for cash transactions and bill splittingExcellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellenceAbility to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy shiftsPrior experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is advantageous for success in this position Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
