Responsibilities • Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, chairs, linens, and tableware according to event specifications and standards. • Ensure all banquet areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies before events begin. • Assist with food and beverage service setup, including arranging serving stations and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. • Collaborate with catering and culinary teams to facilitate smooth event operations and timely service. • Break down and reset banquet spaces after events, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage of equipment. • Maintain a high level of guest relations by providing friendly assistance and addressing any setup requests or concerns promptly. • Follow food safety protocols during setup and breakdown to ensure compliance with health standards. Skills • Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality environment, especially in banquet or catering settings. • Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food preparation standards. • Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction. • Experience in restaurant or hotel settings, demonstrating excellent food service and catering skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. • Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and move equipment throughout shifts. • Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests alike.
