POSITION SUMMARY The Line Cook / Prep Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role supports daily kitchen operations, maintains cleanliness and organization, and ensures all food meets club standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and organize daily prep and workstation setup • Cook and present menu items according to club standards • Maintain proper portioning, plating, and food quality • Follow recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef • Assist with preparation of sauces, dressings, soups, and other kitchen items • Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and tools • Communicate with kitchen leadership regarding product needs or quality concerns • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning responsibilities • REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds • Strong work ethic and reliability SCHEDULE Flexible scheduling • (full-time or part-time ) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays BENEFITS 401(k) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and sick leave • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Referral program • WORK LOCATIONIn person – Fawn Lake Country Club, Spotsylvania, VA Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Disability insurance • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Referral program • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
