POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our front-of-house team as a Server/Host. This role is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service while creating a warm and welcoming experience for members and guests. WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet members and guests warmly and provide a welcoming experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve meals and beverages according to club service standards Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings Assist guests with recommendations and special requests Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas Complete assigned side work and support overall restaurant operations Assist with seating and managing guest flow as needed (host duties) Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Previous restaurant, hospitality, or country club experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to multitask and stay organized Passion for providing excellent guest service SCHEDULE Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays BENEFITS 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount Flexible schedule WORK LOCATION In person – Fawn Lake Country Club, Spotsylvania, VA Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
